Kolect Creator Terms of Service

Effective date: September 3, 2026

These Terms govern access to the Kolect creator portal and Richi, the AI-assisted Gmail and creator-partnership workspace operated by Panoverse Inc. d/b/a Kolect AI. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter these Terms. If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must use or authorize the service for you. You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

2. The creator service

Kolect provides tools for creator profiles, media kits, brand opportunities, collaboration workflows, content delivery, communications, and deal tracking. Richi helps creators find, understand, organize, and respond to creator-business email. Features may change as the service develops, and some features require a connected third-party account.

3. Connecting Gmail and authorizing Richi

Connecting Gmail is optional. If you connect it, you authorize Kolect, within the choices you make in the product and as described in the Privacy Policy, to:

  • Read email and thread data needed to identify and manage creator-business opportunities.
  • Analyze and categorize relevant messages and track collaboration conversations.
  • Create, update, check, or delete Kolect-managed Gmail drafts.
  • Create Gmail labels and apply or remove Kolect-managed category labels on relevant threads.
  • Send a selected draft from your Gmail account when you explicitly choose Send.
  • Access your Google account identifier and email address to identify the connected account.

The Gmail OAuth permission permits several Gmail actions, but your grant is not unlimited product authorization. Kolect limits actions through product controls. Always On permits ongoing classification plus automatic draft and label delivery; on-demand mode limits Richi to work you initiate. Enabling Always On does not authorize automatic sending.

You may change Richi's mode in your profile, disconnect Gmail in Kolect, or revoke access through your Google Account at any time. Revocation stops future Gmail API access but does not recall messages already sent or automatically remove drafts and labels already present in Gmail.

4. Your review and responsibility

Richi-generated text, summaries, classifications, research, rate guidance, and negotiation suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. Review draft recipients, content, attachments, claims, rates, deadlines, and terms before sending. You remain responsible for messages sent from your account, your brand relationships, your agreements, and compliance with advertising, disclosure, tax, intellectual-property, and other laws that apply to your work.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Kolect or Richi to:

  • Send spam, phishing, malware, unlawful marketing, harassment, threats, or deceptive messages.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent identity, affiliation, audience, performance, or deal terms.
  • Violate CAN-SPAM, privacy laws, platform policies, Google policies, or third-party rights.
  • Gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, evade security controls, or reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law expressly permits it.
  • Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the service.

6. Your content and connected data

You retain ownership of content you provide and, as between you and Kolect, content you create through the service. You grant Kolect a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, format, transmit, and display that content only as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the user-facing service. Google user data is additionally governed by the Limited Use requirements described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for content, accounts, email addresses, attachments, and instructions you provide to the service.

7. Third-party services

Gmail, Google, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other connected services are operated by third parties and governed by their own terms. Their availability, APIs, permissions, and policies may change. Kolect is not responsible for a third-party service's independent acts or outages, but we remain responsible for our own handling of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Kolect, Richi, the service, and their original software, designs, branding, and content are owned by Panoverse Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant rights to our trademarks or service technology except the limited right to use the service under these Terms.

9. Service availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service, successful email delivery, a specific brand opportunity, payment, rate, negotiation outcome, or partnership result. Where practical, we will provide notice before a material change that significantly affects active users.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Kolect does not provide legal, tax, financial, or professional advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panoverse Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, or business, arising from or related to the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect connected accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful or abusive conduct, security risk, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms and disputes relating to them are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, except where law requires additional notice or consent. Questions may be sent to hello@kolect.ai, or Panoverse Inc. d/b/a Kolect AI, One Kendall Square, Building 200, Cambridge, MA 02139, United States.
